Eagle Design has had the privilege of being a part of many different and special projects over the past years. We like to teach our customers the many applications for our services as well as a range of our capabilities. Here is a picture of our showroom that displays some of our past projects.



Project Examples.
Aston Martin came to Eagle Design for brainstorming help on one of their luxury cars – the Vanquish. They were having a problem producing the air ducts that support the 10 cylinder engine without having them collapse under the intense pressure. Eagle Design was able to provide a solution through product design, and prototyping, of how to produce these parts. We have been producing and supplying them to Aston Martin for more than 6 years.

Eagle Design works closely with many engineering firms working on various design projects. Cascade Engineering approached Eagle about helping on the first navigation system for the Ford F150. We were able to prototype the design with SLA Models and paint them, enabling them to get to an auto show where the idea was accepted and is now on the market.

Eagle Design has the privilege of supplying SLA Models of each new revision and design of many different La Crosse Heads, and other various products for a leader in their industry. Many of the actual painted SLA’s are used for photo shoots in their product catalog. You can see examples of the different finish levels for SLA’s using parts from this customer.
